* To be eligible for the student rate, individuals must be enrolled in a full-time PhD or Master’s program. Postdoctoral researchers are not eligible for student rates. Students are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. A valid student identification must be presented at the time of registration.

It is recommended to pay on site. If you wish to take advantage of the early-bird rate, you may send an email to the LIBS 2026 organizing committee (libs2026@hjsmeeting.cn) to confirm in advance. For those who need to pay via bank transfer, please also contact us by the email: libs2026@hjsmeeting.cn.
The fee includes:
- Participation in the scientific program.
- Conference bag.
- Welcome reception, conference banquet, and dinners.
- Coffee breaks and lunch.
Accompanying people need to pay if they want to attend the Welcome Reception or any conference dinners.
Cancellation fees:
- Free cancellation on or before November 1, 2026 (Beijing Time).
- Fees cannot be canceled from November 1, 2026 (Beijing Time), but the attendee can be changed or replaced.
Notice:
